Zumba is a dance fitness format based on Latin and other world rhythms. It is an hour of really fun cardio exercise masquerading as a Dance Party! Zumba is a great way to burn calories and improve your cardiovascular fitness all while having fun. The class is a full-body workout, including some strength and toning , balance and flexibility work. Zumba is a NO-JUDGEMENT ZONE! You don't have to be a dancer to do this, it works for all levels of fitness. It is up to each person to take it to their desired level. Please give it a try!
