Women in Networking - Rapid City

Join us for our July Women In Networking (WIN) Luncheon on Tuesday, July 19th, 2022, from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM at The Rushmore Hotel & Suites in Rapid City. That's right! Please, note that this luncheon is 90 minutes long. The luncheon will be starting at 11:30 AM, and registration opens at 11:00 AM. Connect with the inspirational women in your community to motivate you on your business, career, or personal journey. Wherever you are in your journey, the women of WIN are here to help you succeed. Together, we can accomplish incredible feats! Our keynote speaker is Amanda Dokter, PHR, SHRM-CP. Head of People Operations, B9Creations LLC in Rapid City and she is going to talk about the importance of creating personal development plans and how they can benefit everyone. When you hear someone talk about performance management, you likely think of performance reviews, feedback, and maybe goal setting. Traditionally that has been the foundational component of performance management. A personal development plan is a record of the skills you or your employee has and an outline of the skills that are needed to be developed in order to reach the next goal. It’s a framework to help an individual reflect on what they want to accomplish and how to go about achieving it. Amanda will challenge us to think of performance management from a different perspective ... more personal development and she will share her own experience in creating a one-size-fits-one approach to ensure that you and your team, continue to grow and develop.
