Event Description:
The West is rugged, wild, unexplored and full of opportunity. There is a sense of exhilaration with the feel of the warm sun on your face as you set out on your own journey of discovery. That’s what the 2022 SD CEO West Leadership Class will experience. Are you ready to discover your strengths and tap into newfound confidence? Join our 3-day Women In Leadership series focused on "Finding Your West." Register for this year’s 9th Annual Women In Leadership Summer Series as together, we will lead you on a journey to discover and leverage your strengths to find satisfaction, surprise, peace, and success in your workplace, business or career. You will learn innovative approaches to addressing conflict, giving and receiving feedback, getting your ideas heard and crafting a personal and community brand that reflects the real you. Join a team of transformative presenters as you embark on your own journey West. It’s a three-day leadership adventure, identifying your strengths and potential roadblocks, learning new tools to address conflict in the workplace, understanding what you and your colleagues bring to the table, where self-care fits into your career game plan, and how to position yourself as a leader and how to be ready for a future of uncertainty so you come back to your workplace or business, empowered and transformed. Each attendee will receive a full-Strength Finders Assessment that will be incorporated into each day of training AND a ticket to the Women’s Business Summit on August 30 at The Lodge at Deadwood ($135 value). YOU are ready for the adventure, to explore the unexplored, to find your strength in the rugged wilderness, to find your West. Together, we will help you set the course.
