Event Description:
Good Shepherd Free Clinic will provide quality medical care to financially eligible residents of the northern Black Hills, ages 19-64, regardless of insurance status.

Eligibility and nursing interviews will be conducted before visiting with the medical provider.

825 W. Main Street in Lead
Enter through Julius Street parking lot door
Date/Time Information:
2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month.
Register between 6:00-7:00pm
