Event Description:
Good Shepherd Clinic will provide free medical care to residents of the northern Black Hills, ages 19-64, who meet our income guidelines.

Eligibility and nursing interviews will be conducted before visiting with the medical provider.

Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church
825 W. Main Street in Lead
Enter through Julius Street parking lot door
Date/Time Information:
2nd & 4th Thursdays of the month.
Register between 6:00-7:00pm
