The South Dakota Center for Enterprise Opportunity (SD CEO) is offering the “Fuel Your Success: Wellness in the Workplace” workshop on Friday, August 16 at The Joy Center in Spearfish from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. This event let’s individuals take their health into their own hands by identifying what to do to care for their mental and physical health so they can bring their best self to the workplace. SD CEO will bring in a physical therapist, sleep specialist, dietician and other local experts for the workshop to cover topics including: know your numbers ,fueling your day, healthy eating tips, mindfulness & meditation and mental wellness.
