Learn the foundations of belly dancing In this 45 minute class. Dance to traditional rhythms while practicing isolation and simple choreographed sequences. You will develop strength, flexibility, and balance while learning to unlock the potential in your own unique body. Fun and body positive, this class will keep you feeling strong and healthy all week!
Instructor, Anastasia Smith, has a long background of dance and athletics including such unique things as jousting and distance running. She has been belly dancing casually for 25 years and studying for three.
Class is open to men and women. It is HIGHLY recommended for gender non-conforming individuals who wish to explore their true body. Private sessions are available as this tends to be very emotional.
