Event Description:
Feel the pull and learn about magnets. Participants will discover what a magnet is, how magnetic fields work, which metals are magnetic and which ones are not, and much more. Students will perform activities and complete craft projects using magnets. Light refreshments provided. For students in grades K-6. Days of ‘76 Museum; 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.; $6 for members and $11 for non-members. Please call Shantel Pettit, Education Director at 605-578-1657 for reservations. Reservations required.
